Just like the others. Went to a presentation and promised a "free" cruise, we just pay taxes, port fees. There are only a few months that I can go so we found one we can go. I called only to be told that the inside state room is $1,600 for 2 of us. I told her I was confused that this was supposed to be a free cruise. She said, to get the free one is a super basic state room with a bunk bed and you can't go on the dates you want because they are limited and can't go to an "exotic" destination. So there are only 2 for 2024, either we fly out to California from Florida or go out of Miami which is smack dab in the middle where I cannot go. So at the end, it was a total waste of our time driving 2 hours to go to this presentation. By the way, their packages are a total scam too.

I would highly recommend not going through this company for their vacation destination products. They have integrity issues and the worst customer service ever! I had received a free vacation destination package via a Timeshare promotion sponsored by FantaSea Resorts Flagship in Atlantic City. When I went to book my Trip through Gocrv (Customer Service Network Group) as directed by the package instructions I had to put down a deposit of $240 which was very unexpected. After putting my deposit down via their website I was instructed to call a reservation specialist to book my trip. I attempted to get in touch with them for about 2 weeks without any success. I was never able to get in contact with them because no one ever answered the phone despite being on hold and hearing an automated message for 2+ hours. It's very disappointing and unethical to deal with companies that claim to offer products but never actually does.

Sat through the timeshare BS and then sat through an additional hour of people trying to get me to purchase the timeshare. The company delays by only providing off-peak travel dates and requiring you to keep paying to extend the certificate and pay to upgrade everything until your certificate expires and then they don’t refund your money. Total scam.

This company should be stopped for what they are doing to the travel industry. They bait you in with promises of grandeur like Las Vegas, Cancun, but hides the fact that you’ll stay at Roach Coach motels unless you “upgrade” to ridiculously high priced facilities which would be considerably less if you booked directly with the vendors. I bought my Timeshare through Spinnaker in SC, and this was supposed to be incentives to buy, but I highly recommend they distance themselves from GoCrv, as they are swindlers and charlatans. I already know a refund of my monies for the three certificates will not be reimbursed, but I’m writing to prevent others from getting misled.

They will offer you bunk beds you need to pay more to upgrade. It is easier and cheaper to book with the cruise line directly. I attended a timeshare in San Antonio and got the hotel free. That was fun but the cruise was a scam.

I was told that they could not get a supervisor on the phone nor was I able to hold for one to pick up the call. I was then told that someone would call me back. I have yet to receive that call. I called the corporate number and now have the name of the President of the company and the Executive Vice President. I will be writing a letter to them and to the Better Business Bureau. Deceptive practices are common for this group and do not expect to get any assistance from their call center. I was able to locate their Facebook group page where they high five themselves on a spectacular numbers (likely taking money from the unsuspecting and naive). I encourage you all to post there and to Better Business bureau your experiences. I will NEVER do any business with this group ever again.

I paid my hundred bucks in fees to register. I gave them my three dates of chosen time and when it came down to it they couldn’t do any of my time and they gave me during the week. Not the weekend dates that I gave them and after 10 minutes on the phone waiting for them to tell me the only days they can book was during the week at a Howard Johnson. Cheap scam. Will never agree to anything with this company again or any company that offers gocrv vacations.

Punctuality & Speed

The delivery timeframe for the gift card is 7-10 days... we are going on 13 days with no gift card yet. The $150 spending money is a reimbursem*nt, and must be spent DURING the trip and you are only allowed to submit TWO receipts. So I have to spend a large amount of money on two separate transactions then hope to get my reimbursem*nt within a 6 week period... yeah right, not counting on that if I haven't even received $50 gift card which is basically a REIMBURsem*nT for my own money spent. Biggest waste of time and money I have thrown a way in a while! Don't do it.

I was invited to attend a presentation in which they try selling you a very expensive timeshare. Note: they say it’s not a timeshare, it is!! Then they offer you “free gifts” for attending regardless whether you buy in or not. The “gift” are not free. It is a scam. I had to pay a deposit of $89 refundable. Note: it’s refundable ONLY IF YOU DON'T USE IT. Scam on steroids. Then they charge “taxes, booking fees, etc” the representative was “unable to give me the breakdown” of all the fees.
