  • How is this calculated?

    • In order to ensure your mortgage is affordable, the monthly financial burden must not make up more than 33% of your gross income. We use a mortgage interest rate of 5% and ancillary costs of 1% of the property’s purchase price to calculate affordability in order to create a solid long-term basis for your financing.
    • You need to fund at least 20% of the purchase price with equity capital. The amount of the loan is the difference between the amount of your own funds and the purchase price.
    • For this calculation, the assumption is that the second mortgage will be paid off in full within 15 years.
