I cannot get into my ATT account online. I sign in to my ATT account with my ATT ID and Password. Then I'm directed into my DirecTV account without entering my DirecTV ID and Password. Once I'm in DirecTV there is no option to access my ATT account. I have different ID and Password for each account.

On my account, when I log in, it takes me to DirecTv. But if you scroll down the page, the wireless is below the Direct.

No wireless below. I sign in to ATT, it redirects me to DirecTV. I ask chat for help, it tells me to got ATT for support. I go to ATT for support, nothing on the page works. Chat tells me all agents are too busy, check back later. I think I'm going to the local ATT store. Really getting frustrated. My husband died 3 weeks ago and I have to reset all of our autopay accounts. I set up the ATT autopay with an agent on line then received notice 24 hours later that it did not go through. I think the agents are unavailable because of the big storms they're having in the midwest?

I accepted the document. I was immediately redirected to DirecTV with no link to get to my ATT account. Additionally, I can only make emergency calls. What is going on?

Very sorry for your loss. The last thing you need it's such a stressful time is to have to fight with ordinary bills.

If you only have emergency calls, it's possible that the account is suspended for non-payment. If your husband didn't have auto pay set up that is entirely possible.

If you need to take over account ownership assuming it was in your late husband's name, you can bring a death certificate to a corporate store.

I have done that including providing the death cert. This is the 3rd time my phone's been shut down. When I contact ATT by my landline, they say I'm paid up. Two days I set up auto-pay with an agent. It was confirmed later that day. The next afternoon I got an email saying it didn't go through.

I still can't get to my ATT account on line. It keeps going to DirecTV with no link to my wireless account. I think I'm going to have a breakdown over this.

On the phone now with ATT thru my landline. They say my deceased husband now has a uverse account. We have never had a uverse account. We have century link internet/wifi.

Tried but no link on DirecTV to link to AT&T. Now have no att phone connection. Online agent said she couldn't find my account. Told me to go to store as they could fix it. Went to store. They said I can only fix it online. Back to online tonight. I'm considering switching to Xfinity.

They couldn't fix it. Finally figured out that it was in my deceased husband's name. Someone finally figured out that I had to open a new account in my name. It took them from Dec. 30 when I first reported that my husband passed, until January 10 to figure it out. But I couldn't go to my online account til today.
